2.1 — Age Requirement and Eligibility

To open an account and enjoy gaming services on bitjii you must be 21 years of age or older. This platform operates for those aged 21 and above only. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and any such account will be closed immediately.

2.2 — One Account Per Person

Each person may operate only one account. It is strictly prohibited for the same person to have multiple accounts active. If any member attempts to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and earnings may be forfeited.

2.3 — Accuracy of Information

At the time of registration you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. bitjii reserves the right to suspend or close an account if false information is provided. If any account details change, please notify the support team as soon as possible.

2.4 — Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. bitjii will not be held responsible for any loss arising from sharing this information with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support immediately.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. To receive this bonus, the applicable conditions must be met at the time of the first deposit after registration.

4.2 — Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 20 times (20x) applies to the welcome bonus. This means the bonus amount multiplied by 20 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. The deadline to complete the wagering requirement is calculated from the date the bonus is issued.

4.3 — General Bonus Policy

• No more than one bonus may be active at a time.
• If any bet limit is exceeded using bonus funds, the bonus may be cancelled.
• bitjii reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Attempting to use bonuses in an improper or fraudulent manner may result in account closure.
• Bonuses may only be used on games approved on bitjii.

6.1 — Fair Play Policy

6.2 — Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

10.1 — Account Closure by Member

Any member may close their account at any time. Any eligible remaining balance must be withdrawn before closure. No pending bonuses will apply to a closed account.

10.2 — Account Suspension or Closure by bitjii

bitjii may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• False or misleading information on the account.
• Participation in prohibited activities.
• Abusive conduct toward the support team.

If there is reasonable cause, the account balance may be forfeited. A closed account may be appealed to support for reinstatement, however the final decision rests with bitjii.
